1. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate contact and account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Geopram may restrict access when needed to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, or comply with law.

2. Products, orders and payments

Product descriptions, availability, prices and seller information are supplied by sellers unless stated otherwise. An order is subject to availability and confirmation. Pay only through the payment options shown at checkout. A payment prompt is not proof of payment; an order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms it. Never share your M-Pesa PIN or banking password with Geopram, a seller or another user.

Prices, taxes, platform fees and other applicable charges should be shown or explained before you confirm the relevant transaction. If a charge or order detail appears incorrect, contact support before making another payment.

3. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery availability, timing and cost depend on the product, seller, destination and checkout rules. Free delivery may apply only when the displayed threshold and eligible-area conditions are met. The final delivery cost is the amount confirmed at checkout before payment.

Inspect items when received and report missing, damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders promptly using the order/support options available. Returns, refunds, cancellations and statutory consumer rights are handled under the applicable law and the stated product/seller policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Seller responsibilities

Sellers must have the right to list and sell each item, provide truthful descriptions and stock information, honour confirmed orders, comply with product-safety and consumer-protection rules, and use accurate delivery and payout details. Sellers must not list counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe or unlawfully restricted goods.

Platform fees, applicable VAT/tax treatment, delivery deductions and estimated seller proceeds should be disclosed through the relevant seller or checkout information. Payout timing can be subject to payment reconciliation, delivery status, fraud checks and provider availability. Saving payout details alone does not mean a transfer has been sent.

5. Advertising, labels and promotions

Labels such as New, Trending, Hot, Promo, Clearance or Limited stock are informational and must be accurate. Sellers and administrators must state material conditions for promotions such as “Buy one, get one free,” including eligible products, quantities, dates, stock limits and any delivery charges. A promotion must not be misleading or imply a guaranteed benefit that is not available.

Geopram may review, pause or remove ads and promotions that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with marketplace rules. Paid placement, where offered, should be identified clearly as advertising.

6. Privacy and data

Geopram uses account, order, support and technical information to operate the marketplace, protect transactions, provide delivery services and meet legal obligations. Optional device-location sharing must be based on your choice and browser permission; you can decline or turn it off. Access to information should be limited to authorised purposes and personnel.

Do not submit payment PINs, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in product reviews, support messages or forms. Data requests and privacy concerns can be sent through the contact details published by Geopram.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, safety or legal reasons. Material terms may be updated; the current version will be published on this page with its revision date.

8. Contact and legal notice

For an order issue, start with the order page or the seller/support contact shown on Geopram. These terms are intended to operate alongside applicable Kenyan law, including consumer-protection and data-protection requirements. This general template is not a substitute for legal advice; Geopram should have Kenyan counsel review it before relying on it as its final legal policy.
